About the Role
As a Sales Cadet, you'll learn all aspects of automotive sales while working alongside an experienced and
supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
- Learning Toyota product knowledge and sales processes
- Following up customer enquiries and leads
- Maintaining vehicle presentation standards
- Supporting the sales team with deliveries and administration
- Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Assisting with dealership events, displays and promotions
This role is ideal for someone wanting to develop into a long-term automotive sales professional.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is confident communicating with people
- Presents professionally
- Is motivated to learn and grow
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Has strong organisational skills
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Has basic computer skills
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Previous automotive or sales experience is not essential — attitude, reliability and willingness to
learn are far more important
